Essex based personal training.  Over a decade of experience of 1-2-1 and group training.  All ages and abilities catered for from beginners to professional athletes

 

A Bit About Me

I started my personal training journey over 10 years ago.  Dedicated to helping people reach their goals whether it is weight loss, general fitness, competing in athletic events or strength training.

I also help people with nutrition from giving advice or writing tailored nutrition plans.

My client base includes weight loss, brides to be, professional athletes, triathletes, child athletes and general fitness.  

I am also a specialist in nutrition having written many nutrition plans for clients and also helping clients lower blood pressure, cholesterol and risk of diabetes through changing their diets.

My sessions are varied and no two sessions will be the same.  

I'm currently working outside in a secluded section of the park so we can enjoy the fresh air whilst exercising.

I took up Emma's 6 week challenge and never looked back. With a busy work/home life her sessions hit the area's I needed and gave an all over work out. She pushes me to my limit but will also modify if I need it. I have never felt better physically and mentally. Definitely recommend

Emma knows her stuff! She has helped me become fitter & stronger, before, during and after surgery for a prolapsed disc ( in Nov ). She listened to what I could & couldn't do and modified exercises to cater for my pain, but my need to continue to stay fit and strong. So much so, I'm back ready to compete in triathlon again.
